Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing Quality Carpentry Work Across Frame, Enclose, Fixing and Fit Off Stages.

  2. Managing And Coordinating Small Teams Efficiently To Stay On Schedule.  

  3. Proactively Communicate With All Teams And Managers To Support Seamless Business Operations.

  4. Managing Jobs Through A Job Management Software.

  5. Keeping Supplied Consumables, Fixings and Equipment On Hand For Your Team.

Required Skills, Licenses and Qualifications

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Certificate 3 In Carpentry

  2. Drivers License

  3. White Card

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Great Punctuality, Awesome Communicator, Passionate, Reliable, Brilliant Leader and most importantly just an all round Good Bloke.

Salary/Wages/Remuneration (If Applicable)

  • Salary or Hourly Rate Range:

    • $40-$50 per hour Fulltime + Super & Overtime.

  • Remunerations:

    • Quarterly KPI Bonuses

    • Annual Bonuses.
